Agreement
Welcome to Mega Gold Mart (MGM). By accessing this website or downloading our partner application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Indian laws.
Franchise & Referral Eligibility
Registration as an MGM franchise partner is restricted to legally competent individuals or business entities under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Standard tracking accounts require the successful clearance of our onboarding verification, execution of a formal bilateral agreement, and where applicable, the realization of the lock-in franchise fee.
Permitted Use & Code Integrity
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize your assigned unique referral code. Any attempts to manipulate the billing tracking system, engineer automated referrals, or misrepresent MGM's corporate pricing structure to customers will result in immediate termination of your franchise status and forfeiture of accrued incentives.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this platform—including logos, trademarks, text layout, graphics, pricing formulas, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Akurati Varaha Rajendra Kumar and MGM. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
MGM makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted digital tracking. However, we are not liable for temporary system downtimes, network disruptions, or delayed payouts caused by external banking or technological failures.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad.
